Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Orders are shipped via FedEx with a direct signature. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

International orders are subject to a flat shipping fee of $200. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees incurred upon delivery. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Transit times for international orders vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing. Estimated delivery is generally 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We recommend ensuring that your shipping address is correct and secure.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order appears delayed or is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Final Sale Policy

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order jewelry is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes pieces made to your specifications, such as custom ring sizes, engraved items, or personalized designs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize and will make it right. Please contact us here within 24 hours of delivery and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Once approved, we’ll cover all repair and return shipping costs and work with you on a resolution.
